The Rain Band

The winds that whistle from the north provide the melody,
While rains are pounding from the south, to keep the rhythm free.
The vast black canvas of the sky provides an eerie glow,
To listen to the thunder crash, and watch the lightning show.
The daring few who venture forth, umbrellas in their hand,
Are treated to the music of this rainy marching band.
